(TEXT : Psalms 139:14)
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
FOCUS :
It pleases God to have made you human being and not an animal: you could have been in the jungle eating trees and eventually die in the jungle. But God knew from the beginning that His purpose for your life as “human being”; is to be like Him in other to showcase His plans and glory in the midst of mankind and all other creations. You are made by God to rule and to manifest God’s glory everywhere you go.
Genesis 1:26-27 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
In addition, one thing should be clear: God never make mistake when He made your stature, complexion; and put you in that your country, state, city, town, village, community, and the loca government that you belong to. So stop disturbing yourself when people are jealous or saying all sorts of things about your “stature, height or your complexion.” Tell them, you didn’t made yourself, God made you; and God can never make mistake when it is your turn. You are special in the sight of God, and God knows where you are currently.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Finally, don’t and stop comparing yourself with others; i.e “how I wish I am taller, how I wish I was born in the USA, UK or Canada, how I wish I was born into the family of the president or in the royal place etc.”? God knows WHY, HOW, and Him alone knows WHEN to make things right in the “right season and at the right time.” You are beautiful and handsome just the way God has made you. Stop adding up “artificial materials things” to yourself, they are extra load and burden that won’t allow you to go far in the journey of life.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
