(TEXT : 1 Kings 11:7)
Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon.

FOCUS :

Today by the grace of God, let me conclude on this series. However, let me do some recap of what we have been learning for the past five (5) days.

1), first, error of King Solomon, he got married to Pharaoh’s daughter.

2), second, King Solomon allowed her to lived in David’s house (Zion) and he built house for her separately.

3), thirdly, King Solomon gave twenty cities to Hiram (gentile) within the properties of God (even Galilee the headquarters chosen for our Lord Jesus Christ).

4), fourth, King Solomon lust after (1,000 evil women). Unfortunately, he had not even successfully manage one woman.

5), today the fifth, we will be talking about the last error that King Solomon committed. And which is “he built an high place for Chemosh. And likewise, he did for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods. Do you know that since the time of King Solomon and on this high place, “human sacrifice” was offered up most of the time that of little children. However, there might be any records of the Jewish children being sacrificed to the idol of the high place before the time of Ahaz, which was little over 2,000 after Solomon.

In addition, 1 Kings 11:8 And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods.

Why a chosen King by God become this iconoclast? Like I said yesterday, in the (part 4), just through one single Eve, not (1,000 women), Adam got himself into trouble with God and that trouble brought sin into the world till today. When you see a woman, bow or you run for your dear life. If you get married to a single woman and you are not “spiritual sound;” you can be distracted and be led far away from the purpose of God for your life if care is not taken. Of course, there is a saying that says: “how big your head is, will determine how terrible your headache will be.” But unfortunately, in the case of king Solomon, the numbers of women he accumulated determines the range of God’s anger towards his sins. You can be the favorite of God at the moment, but the moment you are building any altar contrary to God’s design or for His people under your ministry; the same altar might be what God will use to destroy you. So, it will never be said, that God is the one who destroyed you; it will be explicit that you have chosen the path of destruction yourself.

Finally, 1Kings 11:9 And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice,

You can imagine a man that God loved so much and whom He gave all he ever asked for; but look at his end. Can we say that the wisdom God gave King Solomon made him gullible, stupid; or he was just the one who chooses to be a fool? But one thing is sure: 1 Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Through the (1,000 women), were different gods introduced to the children of Israel, with the couple of gods background they had been exposed to when they were in the land of Egypt. So let just say, king Solomon just led the children of Israel back to idol. And special big thanks to all his (1,000 women) who came up with their different (gods); without the children of Israel ever needs to go to any of this women’s lands to worship their gods there; but already right in the front of their own house in all across Israel land.

Key Note: do you feel God is promoting you higher now? What is that “high place” you are building in your marriage, ministry, finances, business or in your life that can stand between you and God; or that is taking the place of God in your life? Remember, the higher you go without God, will determine the lower you will fall. King Solomon five (5) mistakes are written for you and I to learn from them, so that we do not take God’s Grace for granted in our lives. Just build an “altar of fellowship” with God, and that will significantly prove your relationship with God, that is enough! And you will be amazed how God will take care of the rest Himself.

(TEXT : 1 Kings 11:1 But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites;

FOCUS :

So far, we have seen Solomon being married to the daughter of Pharaoh as the first, error; second, him building a house for her in Zion; and thirdly, him giving Hiram (the Gentile) twenty cities, and among was designated headquarters for our Lord Jesus Christ. Today, we want to see the fourth error king Solomon committed and how serious this is and even to the present believers. We have already heard of the multiplication of sliver and gold (10:14-25), in defiance of Deuteronomy 17:17, and of the multiplication of horses (10:27-29), in disregard of Deuteronomy 17:16; we now read how the ruin of this great prince was completed by the multiplication of wives, and heathen wives at that. I think it very foolish of Solomon to have (1,000 women) that separated and allocated to him only. I know so philosophers or an eclectic people would say, but God “gave him wisdom?” Yes, God did. But it is one thing for God to give you wisdom, it is another thing for you to depend on Him on how to use it in a “Godly manners.” Every single man should understand “the power of a woman.” God gave only one Eve to Adam in the Garden of Eden, unfortunately, Adam couldn’t control just “a single woman;” not to talk more of a king who thinks he will control (1,000 women) in his kingdom. That King is already a fool; and that same foolishness will lead him out of God’s plans and will for him and for his kingdom.

In addition, 1 Kings 11:2-3 Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love. And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart.

To disobey the Word of God is to invite disaster. Why? Past blessings from God, even though of tremendous import at that time, will not suffer for today’s journey. There must ever be fresh revelations. Due to Solomon’s backsliding, there were no fresh revelations. The great gift of wisdom did not deter Solomon’s transgressions. Such cannot take the place of a constant day-by-day walk of holiness and humility before the Lord. As well, pride played its part, and probably the biggest part. All of this shows us that believers do not fare too very well in a life of blessings only. These tend to take their eyes off God, and onto themselves.

Finally, 1 Kings 11:4-6 For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father. For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites. And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.

Self-righteousness could never understand this statement, especially due to the fact of the horrid sin of David with Bathsheba and the murder of her husband, Uriah. David failed in many other areas, as well; however, his heart was perfect toward God, because he always took these terrible sin to God for example: (Psalm 51). Moreover, David suffered terribly for these sins, which is always the case with sin. There is no sadder picture in the Bible than that of Solomon’s fall. His extraordinary gift of wisdom did not save him from disobedience to the Law of God. His neglect of that Law, and his loss of the fellowship of God which gives power to it, opened the door wide to entrance of every form of evil. Had he clung to Sacred Scriptures, how bright would have been his life. He was probably about 50 years of age when he apostatized.

At 50 years, Solomon was supposed to start enjoying life and all the blessings God had given him; but unfortunately, that marked the beginning of the ending of a great king in the entire Israel. One thing will surely make a man to fall, but this kind of fall of King Solomon, it’s a very stupid one. You are a pastor or a G.O married with children, and you are still sleeping around with everything and everyone under the skirt or trouser; you are wasting God’s Grace upon your life. A believer that cannot control the lust of the flesh, eyes and pride; will end up been controlled by demons. In King Solomon alone, all these lusts were found in him: (lust of the flesh, eyes, and pride of life). Jesus overcame all the three temptations, as believers, we are expected to overcome too.

Matthew 4:1, 3, 6, 9 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

(TEXT: 1 Kings 9:11 (Now Hiram the king of Tyre had furnished Solomon with cedar trees and fir trees, and with gold, according to all his desire,) that then king Solomon gave Hiram twenty cities in the land of Galilee.

FOCUS :

The third error that King Solomon committed was given the lands of God to the gentile. And part of which was the chosen headquarters for our Lord Jesus Christ. How can you give the properties that belongs to God to a total stranger as a king? This is a one time big error made by the “most wise king in the Bible;” and that is why this kind of error can not be overlook by God. Even though this area bordered the kingdom of Tyre, Solomon should not have done this. No part of Immanuel’s land must be conveyed to a foreigner, that they may have dominion over the people of the Lord (Lev 25:23; Deu 17:15).

In addition, 1 Kings 9:12-13 And Hiram came out from Tyre to see the cities which Solomon had given him; and they pleased him not. And he said, What cities are these which thou hast given me, my brother? And he called them the land of Cabul unto this day.

I know some people might say, but that is probably the only way Solomon could have repay Hiram. Well, the man God has made the king of His people should have be able to choose somewhere else and not the destination for our Lord Jesus Christ. And even with that, giving “twenty cities to a foreigner,” it is not a good record for a king like Solomon. I mean, “twenty cities;” not even rooms, apartments or twenty houses; but twenty cities. And do you know the craziest and the most painful thing; was that this man called all these cities given to him “worthless.” “Cabul,” in a sense means, “worthless.” The were not at all worthless to the Lord, because Galilee would be the area where the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ, would make His headquarters. This shows that Solomon did not realize their significance either. Not one part of our life or living as a believer must be given over to Satan.

Finally, as believers we should know that Satan will always come for our inheritance, and we must do well to protect it with all our strength. King Solomon couldn’t protect God’s properties that he was placed in charge of. We should always refuse Satan from getting access to our properties.

1 Kings 21:1-2 And it came to pass after these things, that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard, which was in Jezreel, hard by the palace of Ahab king of Samaria.
And Ahab spake unto Naboth, saying, Give me thy vineyard, that I may have it for a garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house: and I will give thee for it a better vineyard than it; or, if it seem good to thee, I will give thee the worth of it in money.

The same pressure that applied by Ahab against Naboth to sell his Vineyard will applied to us by the forces of darkness to compromise our convictions. As this battle was to death for Naboth eventually, (1Kings 21:7-13). However, we have but one of two choices: 1, we can refuse Satan any part in that which God has given us; or 2. We can sell out to “Ahab – the world. The first one will bring physical death but spiritual life. The second one will bring physical life but spiritual death. Satan professes to have better vineyard. He lies. If he has better vineyard, why does he want yours?

(TEXT : 1 Kings 7:8)
And his house where he dwelt had another court within the porch, which was of the like work. Solomon made also an house for Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had taken to wife, like unto this porch.

FOCUS :

The second error king Solomon made was, was that huge mistake of building a special house for a foreign “princess of Egypt” in the Kingdom of God. This would seem to have been the private residence of the queen, not the harem where all the wives and concubines were gathered. When a foreign princess is already living in a special house in the land of God, and among the people of God, then even the children of God are in a big trouble. Under no circumstances should king Solomon allowed his ego to destroy the entire the children of Israel, God’s land, and of course, eventually himself.

In addition, when you allow a foreigner to be living under the same roof with you, you might not know that you are obviously endangering yourself, and even your entire household. King Solomon have no right to build a separate house for this princess, because I believe, nothing good can come out of Egypt. But of course, he couldn’t see himself that his own downfall will be through this single mess up.

1 Kings 9:16 For Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up, and taken Gezer, and burnt it with fire, and slain the Canaanites that dwelt in the city, and given it for a present unto his daughter, Solomon’s wife.

You can imagine even the foreign king wants to rule in the Kingdom of God; because the king whom God put in charge of His Kingdom, was reckless and careless. Gezer, nearly 600 years before, has been allotted to Ephraim (Josh 16:3), and was designated as a Levitical city (Josh 21:21).

Finally, 1 Kings 9:24 But Pharaoh’s daughter came up out of the city of David unto her house which Solomon had built for her: then did he build Millo.

You can just imagine for a sec, a foreigner living in the David’s Palace on “Mount Zion.” This is the Holy house sperated unto God, and for king Solomon to have allowed his “foreign princess to be living in this house;” this is a big error. Now, it is not only about physical building alone. The same thing goes with every believers who are giving their “bodies” (Mount Zion) which is the temple of God, to a foreign princess or prince (of this world) for their dwelling; it will always backfire.

2 Chronicles 8:11 And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her: for he said, My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ark of the LORD hath come.

With such a Gentile wife, Solomon was staring out the wrong way, and he did not learn the lesson he should have learned, for later loved may foreign woman, who who turned his heart away from God. Solomon, like all the other types was a broken figure of Him who is to come (our Lord Jesus Christ).

(TEXT: 1 Kings 3:1)
And Solomon made affinity with Pharaoh king of Egypt, and took Pharaoh’s daughter, and brought her into the city of David, until he had made an end of building his own house, and the house of the LORD, and the wall of Jerusalem round about.

FOCUS :

In the next few days we will be discussing about the fall of King Solomon. As a believer we should know better that anything that is not approved by God will always bring catastrophe. King Solomon of all people should have known and understood with all the “wisdom” God has given to him, for him to know what is right with God and what is wrong with God. And that getting married to a foreign woman, especially the daughter of Pharaoh, it is a taboo and should not be found among the children of Israel of such: not to mention the king that is ruling the entire children of Israel himself. It’s an error, it’s a taboo and it’s an abomination for any children of Israel to have any intermarriage with foreigner such as the family of Pharaoh. Solomon broke the Law of God, which forbade making alliance and intermarrying with a foreign nations like Egypt, lest they should lead the hearts of people of God away from God to serve other gods (Ex 34:16; Deut 7:3-4). This was the first error that King Solomon committed.

In addition, no matter how beautiful the foreigners might look or appears in the “market of choice in marriage;” they can always be seen as distraction, distracting you from fulfilling the will of God for your life; destroyer, destroying every single plans God have for His people; and of course, they will always leading the children of God into sin. And sin in the other hand, will always lead the children of God into the captivity of their enemies: and eventually such sin will always leads to death. Foreigner don’t have respect for the Law of God they only come to break it.

1 Kings 16:31-34 And it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshipped him. And he reared up an altar for Baal in the house of Baal, which he had built in Samaria. And Ahab made a grove; and Ahab did more to provoke the LORD God of Israel to anger than all the kings of Israel that were before him. In his days did Hiel the Bethelite build Jericho: he laid the foundation thereof in Abiram his firstborn, and set up the gates thereof in his youngest son Segub, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Joshua the son of Nun.

Finally, Solomon disappointed God by, disappointed his father’s throne, and disappointed the entire children of Israel. Whatever that is not good has no other name to qualifies it, rather than saying, it is “bad.” If you go against the will of God in one bit, even though you are good in many other ways, however, as far as God is concerned, you are a disobedience in all other ways of God. Foreign (women and men) are forbidden by God because of the gods they worship and because of their disobedience unto God. Don’t be like Solomon who started with wrong choice in marriage; choose wisely.

(TEXT : Acts 11:9)
But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

FOCUS:

There are many souls dying in their sins and God is depending on you to reach out to them; but instead of reaching out to them, all you do is to judge them and to condemned them for their wrong doings. Instead of we correcting them and encouraging them to come into light the of the Word; knowing fully well that, we were once a sinner like them in the time past. Many at times we the believers, we think that we know better than God who sent us on a mission for Him. But unfortunately, if God made one million copies of a same person; we won’t still be able to think, reasons, creates, build, and love as God is to us all.

In addition, we are to carry out every single assignment God has given to us without we questioning Him or think that we are smart to make some stupid excuses while we are expected to be working for the Kingdom of God here on earth. Every believers are saved by God for a purpose and that purpose is for you to make HEAVEN at last. And in other for you to make Heaven, you also need to reproduce after your own kind through the work of “SOUL WINNING”; without you being judgemental, condemning, discriminating or segregating over spiritual matters.

Finally, Apostle Peter, thought when God told him “to kill and eat uncleaned animal,” that God was telling him to eat “abomination;” but he never knew that God was preparing him to win a soul for Him on that beautiful day. The God that we serve, He is a God that gives rooms for mercy for sinners to come back home, just as He did for you and I when we are covered with all manners of sins. The more closer you get with God, the more you will realize how much God loves sinners but hates sins. And the only people He will use to bring the lost souls to Himself are those of us who have been redeemed already by Him. So, if you are among the redeemers, get involved SOUL WINNING from today.

Acts 11:10-16 And this was done three times: and all were drawn up again into heaven. And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me. And the spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man’s house: And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter; Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved. And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning. Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.

(TEXT : Daniel 3:17-18 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

FOCUS :

One of the rugged and the oldest Christians in the Old Testament are these three Hebrew boys. They are really the “Christlike” in the Old Testament that never gets compromised on their Christianity standard in which they believed in and they stood for it all the way to “persecution.” They aren’t standing before the King to argue with him, they were only interested in telling the king the truth about their own conviction in their own God. Some confidence can’t just be hidden; because in your confidence lies the TRUTH about who you truly are. In other words, they told the king, “we are for Christ” every single step of the way. Yes, we might be in a strange land right now, but that is part of the package of being called “Christians.” That is why you should get ready to be hated by the world!

John 15:18-19
If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

1 John 3:13
Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.

In addition, some people don’t even face this kind of persecution in their journey of Christianity; but they have backslided. To some, their own is not persecution, theirs is just a “temptation” of money, power, or women; and before you can think of anything, they are already nowhere to be found in the path of Christianity. Don’t let us mistake “persecution for temptation;” persecution is to test your Faith as a Christian to see whether you are “broken indeed.” While temptation is to test your Faith to see whether you as a Christian will bend to the “pleasure of life.” There is absolutely nothing that the world gives, that it will not surely take back from you when your time expired.

John 15:20
Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

2 Corinthians 4:8-9 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

Finally, Jesus had His first three disciples in the book of Daniel, and not in the book of (Matthew, Mark or Luke). Perhaps, Jesus wouldn’t have come to the world to die for the sins of the world, if peradventure the “three elected Christians” in the Old Testament had not defeated the “world king” as at then, with all the nonsense in his head. And of course, Jesus seeing the demonstration of enthusiasm and fanaticism in these three Hebrew boys; He knew it worth it for Him to come and die for all our sins. Because if ordinary three men could defend their FAITH before a “worldly king;” then I will come to the world to deliver as many “innocent souls” from the hands of this “world king.” If you call yourself a Christian, defend your Faith before any earthly kings, gods or worldly leaders.

(TEXT : Ecclesiastes 10:8)
He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.

FOCUS :

The works of the evil ones are always going to follow them everywhere they go. There is nothing that we do that will not pay back, if it is good or evil. If you dig evil pit for another person, don’t be surprised that you might be the one that will end up in the pit for real. Everybody came to this world to fulfill their purpose, therefore, nobody’s life should be taken by you and you shouldn’t be the one that will stop others from fulfilling their purpose. Digging a pit of failure, hardship, disappointment, downfall, depression, distraction, destruction and disgrace for someone else; don’t forget you might end up in the same pit yourself.

Esther 9:13-14 Then said Esther, If it please the king, let it be granted to the Jews which are in Shushan to do to morrow also according unto this day’s decree, and let Haman’s ten sons be hanged upon the gallows. And the king commanded it so to be done: and the decree was given at Shushan; and they hanged Haman’s ten sons.

In addition, some people enjoys it when other people fall into their evil pit that they have deliberately digged for the innocent people. Yes, you might succeed in your evil digging for the righteous, but the Lord is always on the side of the righteous to defend His children. Unfortunately, there are many invisible pit that the believers are digging for their fellow believers; but it is only God that is keeping the path of the innocent believers that they have not fall into the pit digged for them. Some people are Christian but they are full of evil and associating themselves with darkness to cause the ture Christians to fall in the pit of darkness. Don’t worry, you and your associates will fall into your own pit sooner than you think.

Finally, serpent shall bite any evil fellow that wants to fake it till they have make it to top. If you want to use shortcut to cut innocent lives short, the Holy Spirit will use the “brass serpent” to bite you badly. The serpent will not show you mercy, of course, particularly when your works are full of evil. Every evildoers have one serpent or the other that is always chasing them all around for every of their evil doing to bite them.

Numbers 21:8-9 And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.

(TEXT : Mark 3:7-8)
But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea,And from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came unto him.

FOCUS:

As a believer don’t settle for little in the business of soul wining, but instead, long for multitude. The Bible wants our attention to be focused on (verse 7 & verses 8) of the above scripture that “Great Multitude” followed Jesus. They wouldn’t have followed Him if they didn’t benefit from His message, character, attitude, behavior, personality, and theology. What are the things people around you are benefiting from Jesus Christ through you? There are many souls that are perishing each day through the ways you talk, your actions, your decision and the places you visit. Take your time to lead as many souls to Christ and not into crises.

In addition, you don’t have to wait until you have public address sound system or a browsing phone before you can win a single soul for Christ. Honestly speaking, your character, attitude, behavior, and passion for the lost souls; these are enough to keep you going in the business of “Soul Wining.” Was it ever recorded that Jesus had a sound system to preach to the “Great Multitude?” Did Bro, Paul or apostle, Peter used any public address to reach the unreached during their ministry lives? If your character is evil for instance, definitely you will only be a soul hunter for the devil. As believers, we are saved to become a SOUL WINNERS, not a SOUL DESTROYER!

Matthew 12:36
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

Finally, when our Lord Jesus Christ was here on earth He took the business of “soul winning” very seriously; the same thing goes to us. Every believers our primary assignment is for us to become a passionate soul winning for the Kingdom of God. There is always a Great Joy coming from within of every believers who surrendered themselves for the Great Assignment of the Kingdom of God. If you are a true believer, never allow any lost souls goes to hell under your watch!

Hebrews 13:17
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

(TEXT : 1 Kings 14:1-2) At that time Abijah the son of Jeroboam fell sick. And Jeroboam said to his wife, Arise, I pray thee, and disguise thyself, that thou be not known to be the wife of Jeroboam; and get thee to Shiloh: behold, there is Ahijah the prophet, which told me that I should be king over this people.

FOCUS :

Every Pastor, Evangelist, Apostle, (Prophet), Bishop, and General Overseers should know that “whatever that goes around will surely come around.” The office you occupied today, it’s not permanent. And during your stay in that office, whatsoever position you are given, it is what your children sees doing that they will certainly, follow suit. Many children of spiritual leaders are fall victim of the evil works of their parents. Many innocent children had died because of the wrong doing of their parents in the ministry. Your children are not monster, drug dealers, smokers, lesbians, homosexual, bestiality, hackers, fraud, transgender, kleptomaniac, muggers, or iconoclast; you made them to be whatever they have become today: by what they see you doing while growing up.

1 Kings 14:3-5 And take with thee ten loaves, and cracknels, and a cruse of honey, and go to him: he shall tell thee what shall become of the child. And Jeroboam’s wife did so, and arose, and went to Shiloh, and came to the house of Ahijah. But Ahijah could not see; for his eyes were set by reason of his age. And the LORD said unto Ahijah, Behold, the wife of Jeroboam cometh to ask a thing of thee for her son; for he is sick: thus and thus shalt thou say unto her: for it shall be, when she cometh in, that she shall feign herself to be another woman.

In addition, when you look at the way the world has become, it will amazed you that even the children of the “Pastor, Evangelist, Apostle, (Prophet), Bishop, and General Overseers are the one taking the lead in corruptions, addiction, sexual immoralities, fraud and all manners of abomination characters in the societies. When you go to the prison in all over the world 50 – 60 percent of the inmates are more likely from Christian homes with different criminal offences. Unfortunately, no matter how smart or cleaver you might be as a Pastor or whatever your title; you can’t oppress the innocent children “in your ministry” while your own children will be safe from the hands of the devil. “Whatever you sow, it’s what you will reap.” Go to all social media today, the children that the devil is busy chasing and dealing with are the children of the Politicians and the children of the “Godly Spiritual Leaders in the world.”

Finally, 1 Kings 14:7-11 Go, tell Jeroboam, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Forasmuch as I exalted thee from among the people, and made thee prince over my people Israel,And rent the kingdom away from the house of David, and gave it thee: and yet thou hast not been as my servant David, who kept my commandments, and who followed me with all his heart, to do that only which was right in mine eyes; But hast done evil above all that were before thee: for thou hast gone and made thee other gods, and molten images, to provoke me to anger, and hast cast me behind thy back: Therefore, behold, I will bring evil upon the house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel, and will take away the remnant of the house of Jeroboam, as a man taketh away dung, till it be all gone. Him that dieth of Jeroboam in the city shall the dogs eat; and him that dieth in the field shall the fowls of the air eat: for the LORD hath spoken it.

Every “Godly leaders” should always remember this that, God is watching how steady and how steadfast our relationship are with Him. And that is why if we have smooth relationship with God, definitely, our children too will have good fellowship with Him. Yes, it’s very simple, if you cause someone else child pain, sorrow, grief, trauma, or depression today; don’t forget your own children at home or in their school are not safe, even though you’re trying many ways to protect them. Unfortunately, your children are innocent, vulnerable and easy for the devil to take advantage of them. That is why you should know that you might be able to pray and fast to defend yourself, reputation and spiritual position; but have you ever thought about how dangerous you are exposing your own children to the devil? You are preaching holiness, but you and your children are doing completely opposite; you are preaching anger is not good, but you still raise your hands at home in the presence of the children to beat mummy; you preach violence is evil, but you are the number one troublemaker; you are preaching against two wives, but you are still sleeping around with women (after all, they are not married to you); you are preaching against drug abuse, but under your roof they are consuming it like water; you are preaching about loving each other, do your character, attitude and generally liife preach love to the brokenhearted?

1 Kings 14:17-18 And Jeroboam’s wife arose, and departed, and came to Tirzah: and when she came to the threshold of the door, the child died; And they buried him; and all Israel mourned for him, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by the hand of his servant Ahijah the prophet.
