(TEXT : Deuteronomy 11:24)
Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.

FOCUS :

God has ordered every parts of our bodies and that includes even “soles of our feet.” Everywhere you go in the world, you have been commissioned for establishment. Whether you are home or abroad, everywhere your feet touches, there must be significant impact. Beloved, God has marked your feet for an extraordinary dominion and influence.

Deuteronomy 11:25 There shall no man be able to stand before you: for the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that ye shall tread upon, as he hath said unto you.

In addition, before every man and woman there is always a choice to choose between “blessing or course.” You can either choose blessing or course; but the will of God for our lives is to always choose blessing. When we choose blessing, surly, our whole body are blessed tremendously; but when we choose courses, definitely our whole life will be in catastrophe. However, Jesus took the penalty of the curse upon Himself, all on our behalf Galatians 3:13.

Deuteronomy 11:26-27 Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:

Finally, disobedience to God’s way & Grace, and rebellion against the will of God; will always lead you to calamity. God’s promise is forever settled and whoever that is a child of God will always receive their portion from the promise.

Deuteronomy 11:28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.

Regrettably, this is exact what Israel did; but, as stated, Jesus, on the Cross, took the penalty of the broken law upon Himself, at least for all who will believe.

Deuteronomy 11:29 And it shall come to pass, when the LORD thy God hath brought thee in unto the land whither thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt put the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Ebal.

The two mountains named stand in the above verse apposite to each other, with a valley between, about two hundred yards broad at the widest part, in which stood the town of Shechem. They were selected for the purpose mentioned, doubtless, because of their relative position, and probably also because they stand in the center of the land, both from north to south, and from east to west. Incidentally, Gerizim, the Mount of Blessing, was, and is, fertile and smooth. Ebal is opposite, barren and rugged. As stated, they marked excellent object lesson, which the Lord intended.

(TEXT : Proverbs 13:15-16)
Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard. Every prudent man dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open his folly.

FOCUS :

You need an understanding heart to get connected. The Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8:27 could not get at salvation. He had a knowledge (he could read), but he had no understanding. Thus, he could not lay hold on salvation. Salvation was in the passage he was reading. Salvation had taken effect from where he was coming, but his understanding was inadequate to tap into it. Those who don’t have understanding will suffer hardship. It takes understanding, therefore, to escape hardship.

1 Kings 17:13-16 And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son. For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth. And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah.

In addition, God’s understanding releases life, but lack of it creates hardship. It’s time to be free! You need to ask the Lord for an understanding heart, capable of comprehending every truth that has to do with your inheritance in Christ. Christ has made you rich, but you have to key yourself into the truth and grow yourself into that level of understanding where you can manifest His wealth even in the time of hardship. Whatever you don’t have the knowledge of it will end up controlling you, but whatever you have the understanding of, you will have power to rule over such things.

Genesis 41:38-44 And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is? And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art: Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt. And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph’s hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck; And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried before him, Bow the knee: and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I am Pharaoh, and without thee shall no man lift up his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt.

Finally, if you want to get revelation from God, you must first of all create fellowship with Him. Get to understand His way, status, thoughts, laws, love, the gospel; and God will show you the hidden treasures of Heaven. The things of God are foolishness to them that are without understanding, it takes the heart of understanding to know what is in the heart of God. Be a man\woman of understanding if you desired to go far in the journey of FAITH and even in the journey of LIFE.

Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

1 Corinthians 2:14
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

(TEXT : Hebrews 12:29)
For our God is a consuming fire.

FOCUS :

Our God is love and He loves His children unconditionally. He can be at peace with you when you make peace with Him, through the expression of your love towards your fellow brethren around you. God’s love has no limit and with no boundaries it flows like river’s of living water throughout our entire system: across our souls, spirits, minds, hearts, and even our bodies. For every true child of God, it should not be hard for you to demonstrate the kind of love that God has deposited in you; because His love lives in us permanently.

In addition, however, our God is also a “consuming fire.” Meaning, God will not accommodate sin, no matter how small or big it might look. Just like in my aforementioned, God is love: but you have to understand that “SIN and LOVE” does not seems to be brothers. When you offend God, be prepared to be consumed by His fire: but when God loves you, His love will quench His fire (anger) because His love overcome’s all.

Psalms 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

Proverbs 17:9 He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.

Finally, God takes no pleasure in you doing evil things; if you are found in doing evil, you will be consumed even before you know it. The fire of God does not “burn, it consumed and when you are consumed”; there will be no particles of you left to be noticed after you have been consumed. Unfortunately, many believers today are literally doing what can make God to consume them. What are the things that can make God to consume you? Immoralities, abominations, corruptions, cheating, unfair-ruling, backbiting, gossiping, unforgivness, hatred, backstabbing, rebellion against God’s will, disobedience to God’s law, hypocrisy, flattery etc.

Romans 1:22-29 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

(TEXT : Deuteronomy 9:24)
Ye have been rebellious against the LORD from the day that I knew you.

FOCUS :

Moses that God considered to lead the children of Israel, he confirmed it that the children of Israel had not for once been an obedient children since he met them. The children of Israel are tempter, frustrating, disobedience, rebellion, sinners etc.. from the land of Egypt through the wilderness that God walked them through; in other to test their patient, endurance, and faith. But unfortunately, the children of Israel are full of unbeliefs, doubts, impatient and rebellion people. Are you also planning to rebelled against God’s will and instructions as the children of Israel today?

In addition, you can imagine Moses saying that “the children of Israel has been a rebellion children since he knew them”: this is a very powerful statement from the mouth of a man that has been leading this people for good forty years. And of course, indeed when you look at the life of the children of Israel, without any doubt they are stiffneck people. They are always deliberate in causing God to be grumpy and even frustrating Moses himself that God has chosen to lead them from bondage to the promised land. As believers of today, in our relationship with God we are like the children of Israel too, frustrating God and causing our “spiritual leaders” pains and sorrow while they’re still leading us? Many at times we have provoked God, and we have rebelled against Him in many ways. It is time to repent before it is too late.

Deuteronomy 9:12-13 And the LORD said unto me, Arise, get thee down quickly from hence; for thy people which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt have corrupted themselves; they are quickly turned aside out of the way which I commanded them; they have made them a molten image. Furthermore the LORD spake unto me, saying, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people:

Finally, have you been rebelling against the will of God and His instructions? Yes, God loves you but He hates it when you stand to rebelled against His authority. Your rebellion against God’s will and instructions can put you on a sport for many years, just as it was for the children of Israel who wondered about in the wilderness for 40 years. Rebellion against God, will only delay your progress to the promised land. And your promised land could be representing your “destiny helper, assistant, or it might even be your helpmate:” therefore, if you rebelled against God, there is no getting to your promised land, but there are lots to enjoy in the promised land.

Deuteronomy 8:2-9 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no. And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years. Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee. Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him. For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey; A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.
