(TEXT : Numbers 14:19-20)
Pardon, I beseech thee, the iniquity of this people according unto the greatness of thy mercy, and as thou hast forgiven this people, from Egypt even until now. And the LORD said, I have pardoned according to thy word:

FOCUS :

The Lord pardoned the iniquity of the children of Israel only so far as stopping the judgement of total destruction. Unfortunately, they really did not ask for forgiveness, and engaged in no true Repentance. However, the prayer of the righteous man (Moses) speaks louder and went straight into the hearing ears of God on behalf of the entire children of Israel. As far as God is concerned, Moses, is the only “righteous man” that God can actually count on for the safety of the Israelites. As God made Moses god unto Pharaoh when they were in the land of Egypt, the same way Moses, is the only “worthy righteous man” standing between God and His people.

Numbers 12:7-8 My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?

In addition, even God confirmed this about the children of Israel that they are an ingrates people. Numbers 14:11, 26-27 And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them?
And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying, How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.
You see, many at times we have the children of Israel of old with their mindset, even in this our present time. Everything they do is to be complaining, doubting God and full of unbeliefs. And if God could say: “how long will this people provoke me”, that shows that God is unpleasant with the children of Israel. But one man that stood by them and become their first “mediator” was Moses, and God honors his prayers.

Finally, Numbers 14:22 Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;

God has been counting all their disobedience, pride, unfaithful, ungrateful, unbelief, doubt and thankful behaviors every day by day: just like you and I have been wronging God even more than ten (10) time. You see, you being religious does not mean you will definitely have relationship with God. Unfortunately, many people come to the house of worship but only few have intimacy and fellowship with God. The children of Israel were delivered by God from the land of Egypt and from the hands of Egyptians; but doubt, unbelief are still qoustioning the presence of God in their minds. Because at some point in their journey to the promise land, they only acknowledge the presence of God only when they see what they can (eat and drink); after that to them, God does not exist. For good ten times the children of Israel tempted God in their journey: first, Red Sea, Ex 14; second, Manna, Ex 15; third, Sin, Ex 16; fourth, Manna, Ex 16:20; fifth, Manna, Ex 16:27; sixth, Rephidim, Ex 17; seventh, Hereb, Ex 32; eighth, Taberah, Num 11; ninth, Kibroth, Num 11; tenth, Kadesh, Num 14. How many time have you been frustrating God, repent and God will have mercy on you.

(TEXT: Numbers 10:35)
And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, LORD, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee.

FOCUS :

There are so many wolfs in the midst of the children of God, and they are terribly working against the growth of the children of God. And until God arise to scatter them in their hiding places, they will not ceased to be increasing. If God is silence does not mean, He is weak or foolish; He is only considering the fact that there are some of His own children that has turned themselves to become the enemy of God. So if God is scattering those who are labeled as God’s enemies, won’t the children of God also be among the enemies?

Psalms 130:3 If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

In addition, we pray in our house of worship that “God should arise, and scattered all His enemies”: are we sure we are not among the enemies to be scattered? Because the enemies of God starts with envy, hatred, cheating, unfair-ruling or leading, unforgivness, malice, jealousy, hypocrisy, rebellion, heady, disobedience, pride, anger; fornication, adultery, homosexual, masturbating, lesbians, bestiality, and iconoclast etc. these can automatically migrate you from being a child of God to become an enemy of God even without you knowing it: and you will be scatter with the enemies of God when God arise.

Romans 1:27-32 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Finally, that is why you need to double check your standard with God, if it is still right with God or you have bend from the path of righteousness. Who are the enemies of God, that God will need to scatter when He arises among the so called His children? You are in a choir department but you have lost your count on the number of abortions, you are an enemy of God; you are a prayer champion but immorality has occupied your (Spirit man), you are an enemy of God; you are a pastor but your fellowship and relationship with God has been replaced with money, pursuit of titles/positions, segregating among the folks and using the little oil of God upon your life for abominations and corruptions in the house of God: you are already an enemy of God. So if I were you, I will ask myself a “sensible question” am I an enemy of God and if God arise, won’t I also be scattered with His enemies? Because if you are found among the enemies of God, you will be destroyed; for God is not respecter of persons.

Psalms 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

Acts 10:34-35 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

(TEXT : Psalms 107:20)
He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

FOCUS :

Jesus was sent into the world because of your sins and my sins. And He was also sent into the world so that the power of sin will not destroy us. That is why when any child of God is sick, you are automatically healed; because Jesus has been sent into the world because of your sickness, and all you have to do is to continue claiming your healing back. Some children of God has never been hospitalized before, drugs\injections are never their kind of treatment; and they are 100 percent well, health wise. Simply because their health insurance is never from this side of the world, but only from above.

Exodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.

In addition, that is why Jesus Himself told us in His Word through apostle John: “I wish you above all things that you be in “GOOD HEALTH.” As far as God is concerned, every of His children health’s comes first. Because without a “good health” for instance, we can’t be talking about “preaching of the gospel, repentance unto God, and salvation. Because repentance and salvation are for those who are still alive and not in the grave. You can’t repent in heaven and certainly, salvation will not be preached to you in heaven, you can only receive that while you are here on earth. God does not joke with our health, likewise, we should not play with our health. Let rest when necessary, so that we won’t be forced to be put to rest.

3 John 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Finally, the Bible says: “by the stripes of Jesus Christ, we are healed.” Only by Jesus Christ and through Him alone we can enjoy and experience “DIVINE HEALTH”, because He is divine. There are many ways in which we can claim our divine health from Jesus Christ, and one of which is “we must be born again.” If you are not born again, you can’t enjoy this opportunity, because it will never work on you. Jesus came into this world and died for our sins and also to heal us of all our sickness and diseases; if only and unless we accept Him as our Lord and personal Savour.

1 Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

(TEXT : Romans 9:17)
For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

FOCUS :

There are some people that what they are destined for in your family, in your journey of life, in your journey of faith, in your journey of marriage, and even in the house of God: are to be planting “evil seeds” everywhere you go. And somehow, they are actually positioned that way into your life for a reason (s), and the reason could be so that God can find the easiest way of destroying them if they repent not. Nobody can understand the ways that God “thinks or the ways he handles” situation pertaining to the lives of His children and their enemies.

In addition, when God is at peace with you, you have no idea of what you are enjoying; wait until He turned His other side towards your direction, then you will know that you are already in a big trouble and doomed. The joy of the Lord is to see everyone SAVED: however, there are some people who have chosen to be a SLAVE to the devil. For this kind of people, God will help them even to destroy themselves by themselves. God made all things and that includes Egyptian and Pharaoh, but because Pharaoh choose to be a slave to their (gods) instead of been saved; his people was wiped out and himself was destroyed by the only true God.

Exodus 4:21 And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.

Exodus 7:3 And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.

Exodus 14:4 And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the LORD. And they did so.

Finally, you remember the scripture that says: “if God be for us, who can be against us”? That simply means, if God is not the cause of your destruction, you will probably be the destroyer of your own self. But the intention of God for your life, was never to be destroyed either, by yourself, by your enemies nor even by God. However, the truth is, salvation does not come by “compelling or subjugate” on anyone. Meaning, you can choose to be “a free person while you are still alive (Grace) or a bound person while you are still alive (Law).”

Romans 7:19-25 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

(TEXT : Proverbs 6:19)
A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

FOCUS :

Finally, we have come to the end of this series. Faithful is He that has started with us since the beginning of this series, and Him alone has brought us this far on this journey. We have spoken about PROUD, LYING TONGUE, HANDS THAT SHED INNOCENT BLOOD, AN HEART THAT DEVISETH WICKED IMAGINATION, THE FEET THAT BE SWIFT IN RUNNING TO MISCHIEF, and yesterday spoke about A FALSE WITNESS THAT SPEAKETH LIES. These are some of the things that God hates, particularly when He found the so called “believers” indulging in any of these aforementioned things. In our relationship with God, we must learn not to provoke God nor try to get Him angry with us. When God is angry with you, nothing will be well with; but when you are on the right track with God, all will be well with you.

In addition, today, we want to talk about the last point which is number 7, that God hates. And that is: “he that soweth discord among brethren.” There are some believers, the reason they associate themselves with you is to “disassociate you from those who loves you and those who really want to help you.” So, from time to time, you will always see this discord people around your life with the spirit of strife, envy, jealousy, hypocrisy and unforgivness; all because they want to bring you down without anyone notice. Among the believers, there should be no discord, but unfortunately, some believers are the discord in the midst of other believers; and this is what God hates.

Genesis 13:8 And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen and thy herdmen; for we be brethren.

Proverbs 15:18 A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.

Finally, you see, the word “hate” does not mean God is been wicked to you; but He is only “angry” with you because you know the right thing to do but you choose to do the wrong things. Why should there be strife in the midst of the so called believers? Meanwhile, this is where there should be peace, holiness, joy of salvation for sinners, love, unity, and oneness among the believers throughout the world. And you think God will not hate you for you being swallowed up and dwelling in the wrong opposite to the will of God? If you are God and God is human being like you, what do you think you will do “as God” to the human being? Let judge ourselves as human beings, so that we will not be judged by God. These are some of the things that God hates, and if you are found guilty of any as believers, let repent and reposition ourselves in the presence of God so that God will be at peace with us.

Proverbs 10:12 Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.

Proverbs 28:25 He that is of a proud heart stirreth up strife: but he that putteth his trust in the LORD shall be made fat.

Romans 13:13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

2 Corinthians 12:20 For I fear, lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I would, and that I shall be found unto you such as ye would not: lest there be debates, envyings, wraths, strifes, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults:

James 3:16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

(TEXT : Proverbs 6:19)
A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

FOCUS :

For some couple days now we have been speaking on things that God hates so much: and we have able to cover some ground. We have been step by step looking into some of the few things that God hates. Such as: “PROUD, LYING TONGUE, HANDS THAT SHED INNOCENT BLOOD, AN HEART THAT DEVISETH WICKED IMAGINATION; and of course, yesterday we spoke about THE FEET THAT BE SWIFT IN RUNNING TO MISCHIEF.” Don’t forget that I said it yesterday that, if you are looking for people’s (believers) downfall, you should also get ready for your own “great day of falling” and never will you get a chance to get up.

In addition, today we want to talk about “A false witness that speaketh lies.” This kind of people are those who are called “the accusers of the believers.” Meanwhile, some believers are good in tabling your matter in the presence of the enemies, backstabbing you and backbiting you no matter what. And of course, they will pretend in your presence as if they are your friends or as if they care about your well-being: that is not true, they are just a “wolfclothen in the sheep.”

Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Malachi 3:5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.

Finally, it is not everybody surrounding you that are there to wish you well. There are some who are always deliberate about finding faults in anything that you do, accused you on anything and persecute you in all that you do. God hates these kind of people, because there is never any part about them that is “truthful” in the sight of God. Repent from your lies today and stop spreading evil about others: God is watching you, to give to you according to to the works of your hands.

Exodus 23:1 Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

Proverbs 12:17 He that speaketh truth sheweth forth righteousness: but a false witness deceit.

Romans 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

(TEXT: Proverbs 6:18)
An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

FOCUS :

Gradually we are approaching the end of this series, as children of God we must run as far as possible from anything that God hates and run towards whatever it is that God loves. God will not force you to do anything, but you have to be intentional to follow the will of God even while you are still living. So far, we have spoken about “PROUD, LYING TONGUE, HANDS THAT SHED INNOCENT BLOOD; and yesterday we spoke about AN HEART THAT DEVISETH WICKED IMAGINATION.”

Matthew 5:37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

In addition, today we want to talk about another thing that the Lord hate: and that is, “the feet that be swift in running to mischief.” How fast and terrible it is this days that some believers gather together with some people of the world to do “mischief”? You will see a believer like yourself trying to rise in business, career, marriage and in ministry; and all you have to do is to be walking against the will of God in the life of the fellow: what kind of believer are you? Are you even a believer or a bastardizing and iconoclast believe?

Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Finally, the downfall of others are what some people are looking for; and that is the main reason such people are associating with you. However, what you don’t know is, as you are looking for the downfall of the others, don’t forget that your own downfall too is around the corner. It is just a matter of time that you will fall too, and when you fall, you won’t rise again because it will be “A GREAT FALL FOR YOU.”

Proverbs 24:16 For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

FOCUS :

As we are progressing in this series and as we are gradually approaching the end of this series: we have spoken about that God hates “PROUD, LYING TONGUE and those who HANDS SHED INNOCENT BLOOD.” Which one of this aforementioned do you think you are victim of it? Some people can’t kill chicken, but they can destroy human beings. You might say that you have not killed anybody with knife or with gun: but how about you writing evil reports against them and with your signature on it?

In addition, today, we want to talk about “An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations.” What are your thoughts towards the people around you? What imagination do you think towards others? If your heart is full of evil, then everything about you will be evil. “Because, as you think in your heart, that is exactly what you will become.” Evil thought or evil imagination towards people around you, that makes you evil and that makes you an enemy of God.

Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Finally, if you always having negative towards the people around you, no matter how little the thought might be, that is a sign of you been sold out to the devil to be used for his daily evil. Don’t allow the devil to make use of your heart for his workshop, to be processing “vain things” from in there. God saved you for a purpose, and if you would like to keep your salvation intact, you must have to be “working out your salvation the fear of God and with trembling.”

Psalms 2:1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

(TEXT : Proverbs 6:17)
A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

FOCUS :

In our last studies in this series, we have spoken about two things already that the Lord hates: we have spoken about “PROUD and LYING TONGUE.” There are some believers that they are perpetual liars and this they do in other to destroy other believers who are “innocent” in the path of righteousness. As I have said, God hates lies and He will never want to associate Himself with a “perpetual liars.”

1 John 4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

In addition, today, we want to talk about “the hands that shed innocent blood.” There are many innocent souls in the graveyard today who was sent in there simply because of “YOUR SIGNATURES.” Only God can count or record how many people you have secretly sent to their early grave through the works of YOUR HANDS. Do you remember that where you are sending those people to, it’s just a matter of time, you will also pack your loads from this world one day, and journey there too?

Genesis 4:8-12 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper? And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground. And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand; When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.

Finally, what are the works of your hands “children of the Most God.”? Many believers killed other believers with the words of their mouth while some others killed with their own devilish hands. God will ask from you someday, the numbers of the innocent blood shedded in your hands. You might be succeeding in doing it and get away with it, but a time is coming that you won’t be able to hide again to receive your punishment and judgment.

Isaiah 1:15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

(TEXT : Proverbs 6:17)
A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

FOCUS :

We started with this series yesterday, and we established the fact that the Lord hate those who are “PROUD.” It should be clear that anyone with proudness spirit, will always be a follower of the devil and the enemy of God. Humbleness will cause you nothing, rather, it will always add honour and attracts favour from God to you. Which one will you prefer?

James 4:6, 10 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

In addition, today we want to talk about the second part of this series that the Lord hates: and that is “a lying tongue.” The simple truth is, many believers has use their mouths to ruined the lives of others through their lies. You will see some big, senior and very influencial men and women of God, using all kinds of lies documentations to frame a downfall for the younger believers. Because they wants to get to the top by all means and prove their seniority over the younger believers. Building on lies, is like you building a future for yourself that you cannot feature.

2 Chronicles 19:7 Wherefore now let the fear of the LORD be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the LORD our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts.

Matthew 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Finally, the elder have a say: “if the person they are telling lies to did not know that it’s a lie, the person telling the lies knows that he or she is telling lies.” God hates lies and anyone engaging in lying, he or she is a child of the devil, because the devil is the father of “ALL LIARS.” Lies will always give birth to lies and truth will always leads you to “trust, integrity and honesty.” Hold fast to TRUTH, and lies will never cross your path again.

John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
