Light does not bow to the darkness nor to the people operating in darkness. Light shines and rules, and that’s why we are “Princes and Princess; Kings and Queens” in this world. *_1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:_* In addition, the people who are in the dark hates those of us who have chosen to be living in the light; but we that we are living in the light appreciate it more to associate with those who are in the dark. As a light in this present world, we are meant to be leading those who are in the dark into the LIGHT and not the dark people leading us into the darkness. _*2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?*_ Finally, when Christ was in this world, He was the LIGHT OF THIS WORLD. And the same thing is applicable to us as believers, because we are His example presently in this world.
