(TEXT : Isaiah 52:7) How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

FOCUS :

Spreading the good news everywhere we go, it’s the heartbeat of God and that should be our concerns as believers. The more you spread the gospel around, the more beautiful are your feet. The more you beautifies the Word of God (gospel) in the lives of the sinners; the more God Himself will beautiful your own life too.

1 Corinthians 2:8-10 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

In addition, how beautiful are your feet right now for the things of the Kingdom of God? Is your feet running for what is worth running for? Is your feet working for God, or working against God? Because if the Bible says, “how beautiful are your feet”: that means, there is also “how ugly are you feet”! And of course, if your feet is ugly for instance, that shows that the path that you are following is “UGLY EVIL.”

Proverbs 16:25 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Finally, how beautiful is your feet working on the path of righteousness for God? The more effective your feet are for God’s use, the more impactful you will become to your generation. But if your feet are quick for evil, the same evil will bring you down. Because just as there is “life and death in the tongue”; there is also “fall and rising” in the same Bible. So, be mindful where your feet takes you to; let your feet always bring you something beautiful at all time.

Proverbs 24:16 For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

(TEXT : Titus 3:8)
This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

FOCUS :

The fact that one is saved genuinely today, does not guaranteed or secured eternal life for the fellow. Salvation it’s not “a day job”; you have to keep working on yourself daily to put all those things you were saved from, under your feet. Sometimes, those things you were saved from can equally wage war against you, and if you are not working on yourself daily, you might fall victim again, again and even again before gaining your balance. For instance: pride, gossiping, jesting, anger, unforgivness, grudges, hypocrisy, hatred, boasting, envy, malice, ungrateful, unthankful, unholy and unrighteous living life.

2 Timothy 2:19
Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

1 Timothy 4:1-2, 16 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

In addition, which is why Bro Paul, encourages us to be more effective in our “GOOD WORKS.” You see, a “good name” is better than you having the whole riches in the world. The same thing goes with our salvation, if you can maintain the “good works” around your salvation constantly, the Grace of God will be sufficient to carry you through your journey here on earth. Meaning, acknowledging it daily that Jesus died for you on the Cross, confess Him as your Lord and personal Saviour in your daily prayers, and keep your soul far away from anything that looks like abominations or immorality; then your salvation will be absolute.

Ephesians 2:6-10 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Philippians 2:12
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Finally, another way to demonstrate your “good works” are: help the needy, support the poor, sacrifice to enhance church projects, encourage those who are falling off from Faith, strengthen those who are weak around you, pray for your leaders, fast often to maintain fellowship with God; read the Word of God, meditate on the Word and study the Word of to show yourself approved unto God. All your “GOOD WORKS” will always following you and will shapes your salvation to remain “fire burning.”

Leviticus 6:12-13 And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offerings. The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out.

2 Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

(TEXT : Mark 9:29)
And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

FOCUS :

Prayer is not an alternative for every believers, it is a priority that we must observe every day of our lives. The more a believer gives him or herself to prayers, the more he or she receives great turnaround. Prayer it is a means of communication and to bring one’s heart request before the Lord, to seek God’s attention or intervention in any matters.

Matthew 26:38-45 Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy. And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

In addition, in whatever we do in the journey of life, we all need prayers. We need the prayers of our biological parents, prayers of our spiritual parents, and prayers of the elderly ones. But When the saints pray, the heaven pays attention and turn their request into testimony instantly. Who are the saints? They are the people who are separated unto God, they are pure in heart towards one another and heaven answered their prayers because they are always pray from the “pure of their hearts.”

Psalms 24:3-5 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Finally, God honours the prayers of the saints whenever they gathered together to seek Him in their sincere heart concerning anything. Unfortunately, in the journey of faith there is no how you will succeed without the help of prayers. Because life it’s a battlefield and part of your weapon at the battlefield it’s your PRAYER. The more you give yourself to prayers, the more you are closed to your victory. So, don’t give up on prayer, keep praying and keep fasting; the future is certain and definitely bright for you.

James 5:15-16 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

(TEXT : 1 Peter 5:10)
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

FOCUS :

God has time and season for every program of our lives, and if we are not in the haste to bypass God’s time, we will sing for joy at last. Although, the time and season of God for your own life might seems a little bit “delayed”; but trust me, God has not made you as “human being” by mistake or forgotten that you are human being.

Isaiah 55:8-13 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

In addition, the only way out for you is to keep trusting God and obey God at all time. You didn’t bring yourself into this world and you are not here in the world by accident; God has purpose for you. God’s time is the best and perfect for your life. Don’t allow yourself to be hurry out of God’s time or season for your destiny; and don’t allow someone to push you into their own wrong season which is not ordered plan of God for your life.

Finally, interestingly, the Holy Spirit said: “after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” God is going to perfect everything that concerns you in due season, God is going to establish you for sign and wonders, only if you can wait patiently for your time; God is going to strengthen you to be able to endure all the tough time and challenges ahead of you before you entered into your season and of course, God will settle you for the best and not for the less. Be strong and wait patiently for your SEASON and TIME and you will lifted and celebrated.

(TEXT : Mark 4:39)
And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

FOCUS :

As believers the world we are passing through is full with all kinds of storms; and in other for us to pass into our “peace”, there will be need for us to face the test (storm). The fact that Jesus is in boat, does not mean, that we will not face storm or temptations in the journey of life. The word “boat” here could be referred to as in our (marriage, ministry, relationship, fellowship, even in our business); when the storm comes we should not panic but to stay calm.

Psalms 107:28-31 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses. He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still. Then are they glad because they be quiet; so he bringeth them unto their desired haven. Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

In addition, God have purpose for your life and that is why He won’t allow you to perish in that present storm of yours. Though, the storm might persistently coming towards your direction, don’t be weak in your prayer and you should wax stronger in the place of seeking for God’s peace, then your peace will be automatically and comprehensively overshadow your storm.

John 16:32-33 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Finally, don’t be tired and never give up in you seeking after God, even when the storm seems to be consistent and pushing you beyond the limit of your Faith. The storm is the part of the journey of our Faith, but the peace will come when we keep trusting in Him who is our “PRINCE OF PEACE.” When the Prince of Peace is in your boat, you have the assurance of not sinking in the storm. But the storm will surely come!

John 14:1, 27 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

FOCUS :

When we allow the flow of the Holy Spirit in our lives, marriage, ministry, relationship, friendship, business, partnership, and in all our dealings; that gives the Holy Spirit the latitude to bring peace into whatever it is might be the situation confronting us. In whatsoever we are going through in the journey of life, we all need “PEACE” to survive and to carry-on.

Mark 13:11
But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

Romans 15:13
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

In addition, when we are bond in love without we bonding in peace, sooner or later we will realize that kind of love it is nothing but a scam. Wherever there is love in action, peace must be the next thing to look out for in that relationship or friendship. The Holy Spirit is full of PEACE and He can transfer His Peace to as many that are available to catch the flow. Are you ready to receive the peace from God?

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Finally, Bro Paul, was advising us that we should always be in “UNITY,” meaning, be together as one family. Because eventually, it is our bond of unity that will give the Holy Spirit the latitude of bringing Peace into our lives. And of course, there is absolutely, nothing like the children of God living in PEACE with one another. Therefore, endure one another, be patient with one another, listen to one another, love one another, embrace one another, encourage one another, enhance one another, pray for one another, sing to one another , and preach to one another. If we can do all these aforementioned, the Holy Spirit will also keep our relationship and fellowship with God “PEACEFULLY.”

Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Romans 8:26-28 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

(TEXT : Philippians 2:14)
Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

FOCUS :

It is normal thing to go through tough and rough season in the journey of life; but God do not expect us to be murmuring or complain. God knows why you are in that mess that you are in and God will not leave you nor forsake you in any of it. You are not abandoned and you are not been forgotten by God. Who knows, you might be the next in line for His “Divine Visitation.”?

Genesis 21:1-2, 7 And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken. For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have born him a son in his old age.

In addition, God hates when you are murmuring, so as a child of God, stop murmuring. Instead of you murmuring, why don’t you just start to be praising God? God is able to turn your murmuring into the moment of Joy, provided you can wait patiently on Him. Victory comes through the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross, without murmuring Jesus surrendered Himself to the will of God and was crucified on the Cross; not for Himself but for you and I.

Finally, the devil knows that the moment you murmur against the leadership of God in your life, from that exact moment, everything about you is already dilapidated. Don’t allow the devil to robbed you of your blessings from God, by just a simple murmuring. I want to believe that you are wiser than that?! You should be the one RULING over your thoughts instead of you allowing your murmuring to RUINED your blessings and joy from God.

Numbers 14:27 How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmur against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.
