(TEXT : Daniel 11:32)
And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
FOCUS :
Many believers go to the presence of God, but sadly, it is just only few that know Him personally. Many believers know God, but unfortunately, only few are they who have an encounter with Him. Many believers goes to the Church, but unfortunately, the impact and usefulness of the Church cannot be seen in their lives. Tell me, what kind of religion we are practically practicing nowadays? You speak, spoke, spark, and even blast in tongues; but does the origin of the tongue (the Holy Spirit) recognize you?
In addition, don’t forget that the Bible had made it clear “the people that do KNOW;” the truth is, how much do you know God? How much do you have relationship with Him? How serious are you willing to know Him? Another word for knowing God here, is for you to “SEEK HIM.” Some believers will tell you that they know God, but when little storm comes up or they are confronted with just minus challenges; you will see them starting to put their hands in another source. Nobody can know all about God, it is impossible to know all things about God. But the more you desire to walk in the pathway of Righteousness and in the pathway of Faith; then you are ready to know God bit by bit.
Finally, the Holy Spirit had promised us exploits, but how often do we as believers, work ourselves up to the level of receiving the “exploits” from God? When the Holy Spirit said “we will do exploits” He is talking about “provided you know God:” in your own personal way. If you know your God, you will certainly walk in His ways and surrender to Him in all your ways completely; and only then will you be ready to “DO EXPLOITS.” Ask yourself this, how long have you known God, and how willing are you prepared to go at any of His path shown to you? Because exploits comes with sacrifice and prize!
