(TEXT : Ephesians 2:2)
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
FOCUS :
Nobody is born a Saint and you don’t have to die sinner neither. The fact that you are at the top there today, does not mean, you will be there forever. Remember that you were once down below or perhaps, a terrible sinner? Bro, Paul acknowledge the fact that he didn’t became a Saint overnight, in fact, he admitted it that he was the chief of sinners. If you also come to the Cross humbly through Faith, you will be received into the household of the SAINTS.
1 Timothy 1:15
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
In addition, we all need each other in other for us to achieve the goal of the heavenly race. A pastor needs congregations that will follow Jesus Christ through him or her. A church building needs living human beings that can convert the building into a fellowship center and a place of worshipping God; and of course, the sinners needs salvation, and to receive that, the saints that has been saved should shines the light of transformations to the path of the sinners with (CHARITY).
Finally, “let he that thanks he is standing, take heed less he fall.” This was one of greatest advise Bro, Paul gave to those who are called the “Saints” and who thinks that they can never fall again into the temptations of sin. The truth of the matter is, the man called the “devil” has never for once thinks on quiting. So, why should you allow him to keep using you to disobey God?
1 Corinthians 8:9
But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak.
1 Corinthians 10:12
Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
Galatians 5:15
But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.
