(TEXT : Romans 7:20)
Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
FOCUS :
Sometimes, we just need to face the reality and confront the truth once and for all. The easiest way in which a believer can be accepted into the Kingdom of God, is for you to “confess your sin” meaning, you admit it that you are a “sinner.” And through your confession and admitting that you have sinned, then the “Grace of God” who is doubled as our Lord Jesus Christ, will set in and give you “Genuine Salvation,” that will upgrade you into the level of the “Saints.”
In addition, you can’t be saved if your old life has not been really surrender to the call of Salvation of our Lord Jesus Christ. And that is why first, you must admit that the call for “genuine repentance” it is not a secret call to you; but rather, it is open and comes with “personal choice.” Meaning, you can either answer to the call or ignore the call. Whatever you do the call from the Lord Jesus Christ to answer it, it is completely at your own choice and at your own risk. Stop risking or trading your life for sin; instead, repent and accept Jesus Christ into your life today and you will be save.
Revelation 3:19-20 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Finally, the more you cover your sins, the more you give the devil the larger opportunity to take full control of your entire life. Sin does not keep a believer from falling, it’s the temptation and the “real fall” itself. So yes, if the devil set a trap for you and you fall into it, that is your lost and you might never come out of the trap for the rest of your life. Because you failed to “confess or to admit” it that you have sinned! Greediness it’s a sin, hypocrisy it’s a sin, gossiping it’s a sin, destroying the finish good works of Christ in the lives of other believers it’s a sin, jealousy it’s a sin, envy it’s a sin, backbiting/backstabbing are sin, sexual immorality it’s a sin, idolatry it’s a sin. All these aforementioned are sins that if you find yourself victim in any of the sins, you must get rid of it right on time before any of the sins get rid of you. Of course, that will be your own personal decision to make. But as for my own little advise, repent before it gets too late.
