(TEXT : Proverbs 28:1)
The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.
FOCUS :
There are many wicked fellow among the believers today, and it can only take the Grace of God for the righteous to withstand their plans. And the unholy triumvirate is a type of that which controls such of the Church world presently. The wicked attitude has no regards for the will of God or the call of God. Unfortunately, the modern Church is full of these “religious leaders.” The idea of the wicked is that they would go to any length to secure their positions among the believers, however, their motives are to steal, to kill, and to destroy the destiny of the righteous. The wicked would go at any length to bring the righteous down; however, the righteous should fear not, for God is on our sides.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
In addition, the righteous needs to be bold always and give no room to fear. The righteous will always wins, but for the wicked, every single steps are drawing him or her closer to the early grave. Sometimes, there is no amount of preaching, persuading, counselling, guidance, or enlightenment given to the wicked; it will always seems to be useless and considered as irrelevant. So, when the consequences come, there is no escape for the wicked; but for the righteous, there is always way of escape. The heart of the wicked ones are not always free but occupied with evil. The wicked are always living their lives with fear, because they always feels been chased, pursued and always look very suspicious in all their moves.
Finally, the enemies within the body of Christ as at today record, are far more than the foundational demons of some believers. “But the people that do know their God, shall be strong and do exploits.” If you are righteous in heart, deeds, and indeed; you are the one the Holy Spirit is referring to “as bold as Lion.” The wicked can run as far as they wanted, but they can’t hide themselves from the punishment of God awaiting them.
Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
