(TEXT : Jeremiah 29:13)
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

FOCUS :

Our God is a faithful God and He is a merciful God; to those who are genuinely seeking Him. You will noticed that God did not use the word “look for Me”; but instead He asked us to seek Him. God is not lost, that will might start looking for Him. But the word “seek” means many things, but for today, it means, we should never give up walking with God.

In addition, meaning, even in the dark that you cannot see anything or anyone; keep trusting God and keep walking with God with all passion. Definitely, when you are looking for something for instance and you couldn’t finding it on time, the thought of giving up will definitely not be far from you. But when you are seeking after God, no matter how hard it might seems for you before you can actually see God, you will want to be consisted in your seeking. Not because during your seeking there won’t be challenges or signs of tiredness; but because it is “seeking that you are doing and not looking.” Therefore, you will never thought of looking back until you have seen what you are seeking for.

Finally, then the Bible added: “seek God with all your heart.” Meaning, don’t just seek after God “causally but seek after God, intentionally.” Whatever you might be going through as at the time you are seeking God, don’t focus on them or give them any attention; instead bow your head and keep seeking for your heart desires in Him. There are three ways you can seek God with all your heart: number one, prayers. Prayers draws you closer to where you can easily found God. Number two, fasting. Fasting humbles all your heart request before God and very soon they will become testimony. And number three, (read, study and meditate on the Word of God). The Word of God is the only strength that keep our feet shining whenever weakness wants to set in, in our journey of seeking after God.

Matthew 7:7-8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Psalms 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

(TEXT : Psalms 34:19)
Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

FOCUS :

You might be going through a lot of stuff right now, and to you the only best way for you is to give up or commiting a suicide. The truth of the matter is, the devil won’t want you to see yourself as someone who is “worthy of living.” The agenda of the devil always is to see believers lifeless, hopeless, worthless, jobless, and being a failure; but as a believer you have every right to be happy, joyful and keep your Faith alive.

Mark 11:22-24 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

In addition, the beauty of every believers who are heading on the path to Heaven, is to always see ourselves “focusing on our Lord Jesus Christ”, no matter what comes our way. The battles confronting you right now are not for you to fight, it is of God who sees All things in the secret and rewards you openly to fight for you. And when God fight for you, He never loses any battle.

Psalms 34:20-22 He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

Finally, be patient with God, because many at times, He is busy working out things on your behalf. And many occasions these are things you cannot predict when they eventually happens to you; because they will surely come in an unbelievable ways to you. Hold on to God for all things, for God will never come late, He is always on time. And you have to be extremely patient on Him, because God doesn’t work with our own timing. Whatever it is you might be going through as believers, don’t ever let go of your patience in God.

Isaiah 55:8-9 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

FOCUS :

Whatever it is that any children of God might be going through in the journey of life, trust in the Lord and have some level of Faith in His Word. Because you are definitely not going through what you are going through right now for fun; there is surely a meaning behind it. God has decided to pick you up out of your family, your church, among your schoolmates, your neighborhood and even out of your community for a purpose. So, patiently trust God for His Divine Plans concerning your life.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

In addition, God’s Divine Plans for every of His children are in different ways, levels, capacities; and depends on the strength He gave each person to carry on. You might be broken now and seriously hungry, but what if I tell you that that it is part of your journey to the top? Don’t be carried away by your “physical hungry” but instead see it as part of your process to live in abundance very, very and very soon.

Psalms 132:15 I will abundantly bless her provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread.

Finally, every Born Again children of God are children of the “Lion of Judah.” We should never be afraid or be intimidated by any “ugly storm” the devil brings to our ways. Yes, the storm will surely come, but knowing who we truly are, always play a significant impact in our journey. Even though the people of the world turned their back against you in any ways, always remember who you are truly in Jesus Christ. For every season in your journey there will be a reason for a storm, and that is why you have to prepare your balance before any storm hit you. And the only way the storm can hit you, it is when you are not even SAVED or when you are not PUTTING your trust in Jesus along in the journey of life.

Proverbs 3:5-7 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

(TEXT : 1 Samuel 2:25)
If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him: but if a man sin against the LORD, who shall intreat for him? Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto the voice of their father, because the LORD would slay them.

FOCUS :

When a man offends man like himself, he can go to another superior man or men to help in persuading the man that he had offended. But what happens when a man offends God, who is the superior that you can run to for help? Many at time we as human beings, we steps on each other’s toes; sometimes it could be deliberate and while sometimes it could be a mistake. But what really matter is, did we apologize? Of course, if it is deliberate there will be no need for apologizing because it was intentional; but if it is a mistake, apology will be expected and will be accepted.

Proverbs 16:23-24 The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips. Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

In addition, you might not offend God directly, but you can offend God through a person or people. And that can happen because of your simple character or attitude while managing people or through your relationship with people. To offend man it is much better, but to offend God, it is highly dangerous. When you offend men, men can pass their judgement on you immediately, but if it happens to be God, your case might be dangling before the Mercy Seat for some time before the final judgment. If God gives you chance to repent and you did, you will be restored, but if you don’t, then you will be condemned.

John 3:16-21 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Finally, Eli knew that what his two children are doing were totally wrong, he warned them as their father, but unfortunately, it was too late for them because they are already heading towards destruction and condemnation. The two sons of Eli didn’t have respect or regards for God at all in their time. Perhaps, they believed that their father was the “God of Israel while they are the Priests”? So, ignorantly they must have believed that they can commit any sin or all kinds of crims; and their father (Eli) is always going to be there to “overlook and to forgive them as God.” Don’t let us forget that there is a limit to how far you can push people around you, and in the same way, Mercy might not speak for you when you offend God because at times, even God can be “selective” when it comes to whom He shows His MERCY.

Romans 9:13-18 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth. Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

(TEXT : 1 John 4:7)
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

FOCUS :

In the body of Christ, let endure to encourage one another in Godly love. Love goes a long way when we express it towards one another in kindness and charity. God wants us to show love to ourselves in “kindness and with charity.” Our love to one another alone it’s not enough to impress God, if it is not rooted in “kindness and charity.”

1Corin 13:1-13

In addition, yes, many people love one another, but not all that give their love to one another in kindness and charity when showing their love. When our kindness is at work in reaching out to the people who needs to be loved, we will understand that we are fulfilling God’s heart desire towards our fellow brothers and sisters whom God Himself has positioned around us.

Finally, when we give in kindness even if it is little, it refers to patience and represents the second side of the Devine attitude toward human kind. Charity is God kind of love that does not belong to other, does not judge others, does not oppress others, does not confused others, does not provoke others, does not imbibe in eye services; and it’s for forgetful of self and thoughtful of others. Love provides solution but kindness and charity fixed it. Whenever there is kindness and charity in the loving atmosphere, that kind of love is genuine, born again and it is directly from God. KINDNESS comes with “compassion”; are you compassionate about your brothers and sisters?

Acts 3:1-7 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms. And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ancle bones received strength.

(TEXT : Proverbs 10:22)
The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

FOCUS :

When God blesses you, both all in the heaves, here on earth and underneath will cooperate to work for you and walk with you. The blessings that come from the Lord are always sure, secured and last forever. But the blessings from men attracts distraction, domination and oppression. God will not bless you and attach a condition with it, because God is the source of blessings to every of His children.

In addition, when men blesses you, they seek to do that with some motives that will bring about “negative impression.” Men will always intend to receive their rewards after them being a source of blessings to you. It might not be in an obvious way, but indirectly, you will get their message passing across to you. Because they believed that all that they have managed to give to you “they have worked for it by themselves and even by their own strength alone.” God does not take any credit for any blessings you receive from Him, you are the one who have truly benefited from God’s source.

Proverbs 28:15-17 As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people. The prince that wanteth understanding is also a great oppressor: but he that hateth covetousness shall prolong his days. A man that doeth violence to the blood of any person shall flee to the pit; let no man stay him.

Finally, the devil also blesses those who seek for his blessings. When the devil blessed someone these are things that happens: yahoo-yahoo is not a big deal, cheating, kleptomaniac, mugger, money laundry, and money ritual becomes so easy to get involved in, until you get to realize that you are only moving backwards instead of you moving forward. And of course, let this register that, the devil will not give you what he cannot “supervised.”

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Luke 4:3, 6, 9 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

FOCUS :

As believers we are the light of this world, even though we face darkness everyday and even everywhere we go; our light should not be compromised. We shine for the sinners to see the way to the Kingdom of God, and even for us ourselves to follow the path of righteousness. We bring souls into the Kingdom of God when our light is actively on.

Proverbs 4:14
Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.

Proverbs 4:18
But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

In addition, there are many people around us who are still struggling and stumbling in the dark: our duty as light here on earth, is to show them the direction. Anywhere that there is light shining, the darkness has no right to stay, darkness has to bow and fade away immediately. As light, we should never be afraid of who we are and we should keep shining because that is who we truly are.

2 Peter 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

Finally, there is no limit to how far we can go in the journey of life, as long we have our light on. Darkness will always come and will always persistent to overshadow our light; but as a light, we must not be reminded of who we are. Darkness could mean: barrenness, jobless, single, failure, disappointment, rejection, reproach, backstabbing, backbiting, hatred, pride, subjugation etc. but whatever might have be your own darkness, keep your light shining and make it brighter. Increase your light to be brighter and you will become better.

Proverbs 2:8
He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.

Proverbs 2:20
That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous.

(TEXT : Isaiah 52:7) How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

FOCUS :

Spreading the good news everywhere we go, it’s the heartbeat of God and that should be our concerns as believers. The more you spread the gospel around, the more beautiful are your feet. The more you beautifies the Word of God (gospel) in the lives of the sinners; the more God Himself will beautiful your own life too.

1 Corinthians 2:8-10 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

In addition, how beautiful are your feet right now for the things of the Kingdom of God? Is your feet running for what is worth running for? Is your feet working for God, or working against God? Because if the Bible says, “how beautiful are your feet”: that means, there is also “how ugly are you feet”! And of course, if your feet is ugly for instance, that shows that the path that you are following is “UGLY EVIL.”

Proverbs 16:25 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Finally, how beautiful is your feet working on the path of righteousness for God? The more effective your feet are for God’s use, the more impactful you will become to your generation. But if your feet are quick for evil, the same evil will bring you down. Because just as there is “life and death in the tongue”; there is also “fall and rising” in the same Bible. So, be mindful where your feet takes you to; let your feet always bring you something beautiful at all time.

Proverbs 24:16 For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

(TEXT : Titus 3:8)
This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

FOCUS :

The fact that one is saved genuinely today, does not guaranteed or secured eternal life for the fellow. Salvation it’s not “a day job”; you have to keep working on yourself daily to put all those things you were saved from, under your feet. Sometimes, those things you were saved from can equally wage war against you, and if you are not working on yourself daily, you might fall victim again, again and even again before gaining your balance. For instance: pride, gossiping, jesting, anger, unforgivness, grudges, hypocrisy, hatred, boasting, envy, malice, ungrateful, unthankful, unholy and unrighteous living life.

2 Timothy 2:19
Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

1 Timothy 4:1-2, 16 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

In addition, which is why Bro Paul, encourages us to be more effective in our “GOOD WORKS.” You see, a “good name” is better than you having the whole riches in the world. The same thing goes with our salvation, if you can maintain the “good works” around your salvation constantly, the Grace of God will be sufficient to carry you through your journey here on earth. Meaning, acknowledging it daily that Jesus died for you on the Cross, confess Him as your Lord and personal Saviour in your daily prayers, and keep your soul far away from anything that looks like abominations or immorality; then your salvation will be absolute.

Ephesians 2:6-10 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Philippians 2:12
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Finally, another way to demonstrate your “good works” are: help the needy, support the poor, sacrifice to enhance church projects, encourage those who are falling off from Faith, strengthen those who are weak around you, pray for your leaders, fast often to maintain fellowship with God; read the Word of God, meditate on the Word and study the Word of to show yourself approved unto God. All your “GOOD WORKS” will always following you and will shapes your salvation to remain “fire burning.”

Leviticus 6:12-13 And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offerings. The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out.

2 Timothy 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

FOCUS :

Prayer is not an alternative for every believers, it is a priority that we must observe every day of our lives. The more a believer gives him or herself to prayers, the more he or she receives great turnaround. Prayer it is a means of communication and to bring one’s heart request before the Lord, to seek God’s attention or intervention in any matters.

Matthew 26:38-45 Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy. And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

In addition, in whatever we do in the journey of life, we all need prayers. We need the prayers of our biological parents, prayers of our spiritual parents, and prayers of the elderly ones. But When the saints pray, the heaven pays attention and turn their request into testimony instantly. Who are the saints? They are the people who are separated unto God, they are pure in heart towards one another and heaven answered their prayers because they are always pray from the “pure of their hearts.”

Psalms 24:3-5 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

Finally, God honours the prayers of the saints whenever they gathered together to seek Him in their sincere heart concerning anything. Unfortunately, in the journey of faith there is no how you will succeed without the help of prayers. Because life it’s a battlefield and part of your weapon at the battlefield it’s your PRAYER. The more you give yourself to prayers, the more you are closed to your victory. So, don’t give up on prayer, keep praying and keep fasting; the future is certain and definitely bright for you.

James 5:15-16 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
